Have you ever faced a problem at university where you did not know whom to ask for help and felt left alone?
As your elected representatives, we have set up a helpline through which you can contact us whenever you encounter problems. We will listen to you if you are confronted with discrimination or harassment at our university and provide you with information on the available complaint procedures. Further, we will guide you through these procedures so that you do not have to take this path alone.
We will inform you about the university‘s general support infrastructure to assure you can use it to its full potential. Whenever you have suggestions on how to improve our university, you may share your proposals and we will discuss them with you. With our helpline, we stand by your side as student representatives.
