Cassidy
Hello everyone! I am Cassidy, a second-year UCM student focusing on Peace and Conflict studies. I enjoy going to the gym, participating in debates and traveling.
I am committed to increasing awareness for and support of mental health issues that students are facing at UM. This includes the promotion of student counseling throughout FSE, such as advocating for more flexible attendance policies. If you ever want to chat, you will probably find me in the ICL with a coffee!
Vjosa
I'm Vjosa, and Iβm studying Computer Science. While my parents are from the Balkans, I completed my secondary school education in the area, which provide me with a broad perspective on matters both local and international. As a new member, I seek to harmonise KAN's values with the interests of students. Iβm deeply committed to justice and fair treatment by and of students, staff, and everyone else at our university. Likewise, Iβm also concerned with the issue of economic obstacles leading to inequality in academic opportunities, and fundamentally believe universities should never prioritise profits at the cost of (student) well-being.
Our KANdidates have worked really hard to come up with policies to fight for all of us at UM
